The Haven at Rockbook is a collective of therapists inspired by the human capacity for growth and change. We are a group of professionals who have, as individuals, experienced our own painful experiences and who have grown through the power of the therapeutic experience. We are committed to walking the walk of vulnerability and courage in our own lives and we are committed to walking the path with each of you. We know it takes courage to begin the journey of looking inward and making changes. We honor you for your desire and your commitment and we hope our offices will feel like a true Haven.
As therapists we are committed to training in the most current, research based methods of healing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and the grief of disconnection.
The Haven at Rockbrook specializes in healing family relationships. Our team members are trained in individual therapy, attachment repair, healing trauma through a variety of modalities, marriage counseling, child and adolescent counseling including play therapy, parenting strategies and addiction recovery for the individual and the family unit as a whole. We provide several groups including a Daring Way™ Group for Women, a Partner Group for Betrayal Trauma, Childhood Trauma Recovery Groups for both men and women, and Teen Growth and Support Groups.
