I am a  bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who loves providing support in a therapeutic environment. My practice, Feeling and Healing Counseling, is located in Lewisville, Texas. I specialize in working with children as young as 3 years, teenagers, and young adults.

I provide individual, couple, and family counseling. I focus primarily on helping children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self esteem. I have received thorough training in play therapy for kids and adolescents and I am also trained in EMDR and use this with all ages of clientele.

I am passionate about helping your children understand their emotions and help them see areas of improvement and learn how to have the highest quality of life. I focus on using play and art therapy methods to help my clients process through life events. I strive to ensure that my clients I see recognize they are supported and heard.
