Ginna Kaplan, MS, LCSW-S
Are you feeling stuck in patterns of behavior or struggling with your reactions to life’s challenges? I’m here to help you understand and transform those patterns through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS views the mind as made up of different parts, each with its own feelings and motivations. By connecting with and understanding these parts, we create space for healing and self-compassion. I help clients reframe their experiences and shift from self-criticism to self-compassion.
Together, we’ll explore your reactions and behaviors, working to depathologize your self-perception. By examining your family of origin and early life experiences, we’ll uncover the root causes of your behavioral patterns, allowing you to make meaningful changes in how you show up in your life and relationships.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and I’ll guide and support you in your journey toward deeper self-awareness and lasting transformation. If you’re ready to explore your inner world and create positive change, I’m here to help.
